Valid phpfox license

Phpfox support and add-ons for webmasters require a valid licence from phpfox.

You must own a perpetual license. We will not work with hacked or stolen goods.

We do not always play nice with the fox: we may make breaking changes.

You must keep a separate copy if you wish to return to phpfox for support.

There's always another bug

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold stewardware harmless from and against any and all liability and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred, in connection with or arising out of your (a) violation or breach of any term of this agreement or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein, or (b) violation of any rights of any third party, or (c) use or misuse of the software. The software is licensed to you “as is” and any use of the software is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stewardware disclaim all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. stewardware further does not warrant or represent that the software will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, secure, complete and error-free. The software is offered on the express understanding that stewardware shall have no liability in connection with or arising from your use of the software. Your only right or remedy with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the software is to immediately uninstall and cease use of such software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall stewardware be liable for any special incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including but without limitation damages for loss of profits, business interruption, corruption of files, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) regardless of cause or form of action, including contract tort or negligence, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if stewardware has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Not for everybody

We will not work with communities for

• Gaming
• Bitcoin, block chain, financials
• Child porn, Lolita, etc.
• Guns, drugs, or anything illegal

No license

We sell software and support as a service.

You do not own our software, you may not copy or distribute it.

Single use at one domain only.

No refunds

For personal support: we spent the time, whether it achieved your desired ends or not.

For software: By it's nature, once you have it, you can't "give it back".

We are not ogres, sh*t happens, and there are rare exceptions we may consider on a case-by-case basis.
