Services

Stewardware provides digital services for video encoding, downloadable delivery, and optional embedded playback for educators, agencies, and businesses managing video content delivery.

Limits

We do not limit by upload size or number of films. We prefer simple and flexible. We reserve the right to restrict usage we deem excessive.

As a general guideline, usage should average no more than one film a day and 500Mb per day. Nothing is enforced automatically, bursts are expected.

Payments

• All payments are one-time only
• No subscriptions or automatic renewals
• Plans are prepaid for a fixed term

Access is provided after payment is received and confirmed.

Usage units

Units represent prepaid service usage for encoding or hosted playback allocation and are not a transferable currency.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

The service may not be used for illegal or prohibited content or activities.

Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund.

• Content illegal under applicable Canadian or international law
• Adult or sexually explicit material
• Copyrighted material for which the customer does not hold distribution rights
• Content promoting illegal weapons, controlled substances, or hate
• Any content that violates the rights of third parties

Yes we can see every upload. Yes we review them daily for violations.

Content ownership

Customers retain full ownership of all content they upload.

We provide encoding and delivery infrastructure only, and exercises no editorial role in customer content.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

Use of the service is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Stewardware is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of those changes.
